Skillet Sausage and Cabbage Casserole

What You Need

  • 1lb sauage

  • half a head of Cabbage

  • 1/6 of a white onion

  • 2 cloves of garlic

  • 2 cups (or so) of colby jack cheese


How to Cook it

  • Start with skillet over medium high heat and add sausage

  • Preheat oven to 400

  • Cook the sausage through

  • Dice onion, garlic and rough chop the cabbage

  • Add diced onion and garlic to the party, cook until fragrant (like 30 seconds)

  • Add the Cabbage to the mix and thoroughly combine

  • Top with cheese

  • Throw (by throw I mean gently place) skillet in the oven for 10-12 minutes

  • Remove and try not to eat the whole thing
