Cauliflower Mac and Cheese


What you need

1 Head of Cauliflower
1 LB Ground Beef or Sausage
1.5 cups Heavy Whipping Cream
3 cups Cheddar Cheese (shredded)
2 TBSP Butter


How to make it

  • On the stove, start boiling water

  • Rough chop the cauliflower into bite sized pieces

  • Once the water is at a rolling boil, throw in some salt and the cauliflower

  • Start cooking your ground meat of choice, season to your liking.

    • I usually go for some garlic salt​

  • Once meat is cooked through, remove from heat

  • Drain cauliflower and combine with the ground meat

  • In a medium sauce pan, add heavy cream and butter and bring up to temperature over low heat

  • slowly start adding in cheese, stirring continually

  • Add salt and pepper to taste

  • Pour cheese sauce over meat and cauliflower, stir to combine

  • Garnish with left over cheese (if there is any)
