Keto Cauliflower Pizza Crust

 

What You Need

  • 1 Head of Cauliflower

  • Mozzarella and Parmesan Cheese mix from Kraft

  • 1 Egg

  • Salt and Pepper

 

How To Make

  • Preheat oven to 425

  • Bring a some water to a boil on the stove

  • Start grating the head of cauliflower into a bowl (don't add too much of the stem

  • Throw your cauliflower into the water and let it cook for 3 minutes or so

  • Remove from stove and drain. (I used a large bowl under the strainer to catch the small pieces)

  • Add to a baking tray lined with paper towels, use a cutting board to squeeze as much moisture out as possible

  • Return to bowl

  • Add half the 8oz bag of cheese, egg, salt, and pepper to cauliflower

  • Mix thoroughly and put in two evenly sized pizza crust shapes on baking tray lined with parchment paper

  • Bake in oven for 20 minutes

  • From here add your desired toppins and you have a keto pizza in like 35 minutes
