Keto Cubano Pizza

 

What You Need

  • Cauliflower pizza crust (see previous recipe)

  • Pulled Pork (store bought is fine)

  • Deli Ham

  • Yellow Mustard

  • Heavy Whipping Cream

  • Swiss Cheese Slices

 

How to Make It

  • Preheat oven to 425

  • Combine equal parts mustard and heavy whipping cream

  • Add salt and pepper to taste

  • Spread mustard cream sauce on the cauliflower pizza crust, this will be your sauce

  • Add about a slice and half of swiss cheese torn up around the pizza

  • Tear up some of the deli ham and place around the pizza as well

  • Top with pulled pork 

  • Place in the oven on a parchment paper lined baking sheet

  • Bake for 10 minutes

  • Let cool for a minute or two before digging in
