Keto Cubano Pizza
What You Need
Cauliflower pizza crust (see previous recipe)
Pulled Pork (store bought is fine)
Deli Ham
Yellow Mustard
Heavy Whipping Cream
Swiss Cheese Slices
How to Make It
Preheat oven to 425
Combine equal parts mustard and heavy whipping cream
Add salt and pepper to taste
Spread mustard cream sauce on the cauliflower pizza crust, this will be your sauce
Add about a slice and half of swiss cheese torn up around the pizza
Tear up some of the deli ham and place around the pizza as well
Top with pulled pork
Place in the oven on a parchment paper lined baking sheet
Bake for 10 minutes
Let cool for a minute or two before digging in
